The following Terms and Conditions apply to the company TexNov, its associates, its brands, and its partners.

Shipping, orders and returns

TexNov is an incorporated company based in QC Canada.

We strive to prepare every order to ensure proper shipping protection.

Every product passed our internal Quality Control process, meeting, and in mosts cases exceeding the standard parameters.

Local orders
Orders from our facilities to our customers billing address, shipping address, drop ship address that are under our responsability will be handled to optimize shipping times.

International orders
All international orders will be shipped by carrier according to the rates (FedEx, UPS and other), and handling fees, if applicable.

The order preparation times are “to be confirmed” a week or the following Monday if orders during the weekend.

Return and refund policy
The company does not accept returns or refunds.

In the event of missing parts, please let us know the missing part, it will be our pleasure to send it to you as soon as available.

Warranty and Quality Control

When a project, being new construction, renovation, resurfacing, repair or other that requires the use of one or more than one product, the manufacturer is not responsible of the result.

The manufacturer tested all combinations of TexNov products, serving as surface preparation, surface repair, surface finish and surface sealing, and offers all the solutions above under its brands.

We do not accept claims of any kind when customers mixed, combined or applied our products with other products manufactured by other companies, other brands or any formulated product not tested in our facilities.
