STAMPED CONCRETE

• If your concrete surface is covered with paint or sealant, remove paint using a sandblaster, a diamond grinder or any other appropiate means.
• Clean the surface with a 3500 lb., rotary, jet pressure washer gasoline motor. (Avaible at toll rental centers)
• Dilute the Texnov Concrete Conditioner.
• Wet the concrete surface before applying Texnov Concrete Conditioner.
  
• Vigorously brush the surface with the Texnov Concrete Conditioner.
• Rince well with a pressure washer.
• Lt the surface dry over a 48-hour period of good weather.
• Repair cracks or equalize the surface with All-Purpose Texnov Polymer.
• Let the surfacedry over a 24-48 hours period of good weather before applying the finish coating.

Procedure for surface resufacing :

• Apply two coats of Texnov Acrylic Coating (24 hours between each coat)
• Let the surface dry over a 24-hour period of goo weather before applying the sealant.

• Let the surface dry for 24 hours before applying the sealant.

Procedure for surface resurfacing:

• Apply 2 coats of Texnov Met-30 Sealant (24 hours between each coat).
• Let the surface dry over a 24-hour period of good weather before walking on it.

After preparing the surface…

Procedure to protect the surface:

• Apply two coats of Texnov Met-30 Sealant (24 hours between each coat) or Texnov Met-HD (48 hours between each coat).
• Let the surface dry over a 24, 48-hour period of good weather before walking on it.
