Procedure:
• Sand well to roughen the surface (with 40 grain sandpaper). • Clean with Texnov Surface Preparer. • Let the surface dry for 48 hours. • Caulk your joints with elastomeric polyurethane caulking (e.g.: Adbond 009, Sonneborn NP1 caulking or equivalent) taking care to caulk only the joints. • Let dry as per manufacturer’s instructions before applying the sealant. |

After preparing the surface…
Procedure: • Apply 2 coats of Met-30 Sealant avoiding that the resin and glue go through the coating and make surface rings. Use a brush or roller with 10 mm bristles (24 hours between each coat). • Let the surface dry for 24 hours prior to applying the finish coating. |

MAINTENANCE :
Clean the surface with TexNov Surface Preparer (3 water / 1 Preparer). Let dry and add a coat of Met-30 Sealant every 3 years or as needed. This should enable you to keep your surface in good condition.
