Presentation of the Texnov TexBright #
TexBright offers a concrete-like finish for decorative projects such as kitchen countertops, floors, bathroom walls and floors and much more. The product has been formulated to be easy to apply and accessible to everyone, from construction professionals to designers and do-it-yourselfers.
Its application with a trowel and finishing with a sponge will give the pleasant texture of concrete on many types of surfaces.
Use TexNov’s TexBright for any project that requires durability and strength, aside from its aesthetic properties.
Unlike other products on the market, TexBright stands out for its durability and abrasion resistance. The product’s strength of 30 MPA (concrete strength measurement) is several times higher than the reference products on the market, which are closer to the families of paints with sand than elastomeric products.

TexNov TexBright’s acrylic polymers combine aesthetic and structural properties, making it an effective choice for durability, aesthetics and strength.
TexBright also stands out for its abrasion resistance. Commercial products can be easily repositioned with a nail, which is not the case with TexNov TexBright.
The Texnov TexBright is a two-component product made of 100% acrylic resin with inorganic pigments, sand, quartz, silica aggregates, additives and high-performance fungicides. It has a high resistance to blackening and fouling.
The TexBright is available in six tones, ranging from light to dark gray, making it easy to use for any project.
About concrete strength measurements #
According to Section 9.3.1.6 of the NBC-MQ, compressive strength and percentage of entrained air are characteristics that affect the ability of concrete to resist not only the loads imposed on it, but also freeze cycles.
Concrete for foundation walls, beams, columns, posts and fireplaces shall have a minimum compressive strength of 15 MPA.
Have a minimum compressive strength of 20 MPA for floors other than garage and carport floors.
