Tip:
- Never place rubber mats on an acrylic floor even if there is a sealant.
- Do not use magnesium chloride de-icing salt on surfaces with acrylic coating.
Accumulated moisture could affect the acrylic coating.

1- Procedure for applying acrylic coating on concrete surface.
CONCRETE SLABS | ||

Procedure :
• If the surface is covered with paint or sealant, remove the paint using a sandblaster, a diamond grinder or any other appropriate means. • Clean the surface with a 2000 lb water pressure washer with rotary jet, gasoline engine. (Available at tool rental centers.) • In a clean container, dilute TexNov Concrete Conditioner with 50% water. • The concrete surface must be damp when applying TexNov Concrete Conditioner . * • Apply the Concrete Conditioner mixture to the surface with a sprayer and leave to act for 10 to 15 minutes if necessary, vigorously brush the surface thoroughly and rinse thoroughly with a pressure washer •If the solution dries out due to delay or hot weather, repeating the simple rinse will not suffice. • Leave the surface to dry for 48 hours in fine weather. • Repair cracks with Texnov all-purpose polymer or TexNov 200 . • Leave the surface to dry for 24 hours in fine weather. • Apply a coat of TexNov all-purpose polymer OR TexNov 200 before applying the finishing coat. • Leave the surface to dry for 24 hours in fine weather.
Important: Remove all accessories such as ramps, furniture, stairs that could be damaged during the application of the products mentioned above. Important : Properly protect fixed surfaces (doors, windows, building coverings, rods and pieces of metal, etc.) using polythene or other appropriate means of protection. Important: for a heavily contaminated concrete surface, use TexNov Surface Preparer before going over with TexNov Concrete Conditioner to prepare the surface for a finish. TexNov Concrete Conditioner is also used to dissolve surface rust. |
Procedure :
• Apply a first coat of TexNov acrylic filler . Apply a second coat of TexNov acrylic filler . Note : In hot weather dilute with water (50 ml /per litre) to facilitate application.

Procedure :
• Apply 2 coats of TexNov Met-30 Sealer (acrylic sealer). Use brush or roller of 10 mm leave 24 hours between each layer). • Leave the surface to dry for 24 hours in fine weather before walking on it. • Allow the surface to dry for 72 hours in good weather before reinstalling the furniture and accessories. Note: On a vertical surface, the sealant is not mandatory.

Maintenance: Clean the surface with the TexNov Surface Preparer (6 parts water / 1 Preparer). Let dry and add a coat of Met-30 or Met-HD Sealer every 3 years or as needed, which should allow you to keep your surface in good condition.
FRESHLY POURED CONCRETE |

For a freshly poured concrete floor the same day.
Procedure: Once the concrete is dry on the surface (as soon as you can walk on it). Apply TexNov Met-30 sealer as a curing agent . Use brush, roller with 10 mm bristles or sprayer. |

Reduced with 50% water. • The concrete surface must be damp when applying TexNov Concrete Conditioner . * • Apply the Concrete Conditioner mixture to the surface with a sprayer and leave to act for 10 to 15 minutes if necessary, vigorously brush the surface thoroughly and rinse thoroughly with a pressure washer • Leave the surface to dry for 48 hours in fine weather. • Repair cracks with TexNov All Purpose Polymer or TexNov 200 . • Leave the surface to dry for 24 hours in fine weather. • Apply a coat of TexNov all-purpose polymer OR TexNov 200 before applying the finishing coat. • Leave the surface to dry for 24 hours in fine weather. Procedure :

Let the surface dry for 72 hours in good weather. • Apply a second coat of TexNov Met-HD Sealer Use brush or 10mm roller left or spray – Allow the surface to dry for 24 hours in good weather for the walkway. IMPORTANT: A delay of 30 days is required before entering a vehicle |
Maintenance: Clean the surface with the TexNov Surface Preparer (6 parts water / 1 Preparer). Let dry and add a coat of Met-HD Sealer every 3 years or as needed, which should allow you to keep your surface in good condition.
CONCRETE FOUNDATION | |

Procedure :
• If your foundation is covered with old loose plaster or any other unstable material, remove it using the appropriate tools. If there is paint, remove it using a sandblaster, diamond grinder or other suitable means. • Clean the surface with a 3500 lb water pressure washer with rotary jet, gasoline engine. (Available at tool rental centers.) • In a clean container, dilute the reduced TexNov Concrete Conditioner with 50% water. • The concrete surface must be damp when applying TexNov Concrete Conditioner . • Apply the TexNov surface preparation mixture . on the surface with a sprayer and leave to act for 10 to 15 minutes if necessary brush vigorously and rinse the surface thoroughly with a pressure washer • Leave the surface to dry for 48 hours in fine weather. • Repair cracks with TexNov All-Purpose Polymer or TexNov 200 • Apply a coat of TexNov all-purpose polymer OR TexNov 200 before applying the finishing coat. • Leave the surface to dry for 24 hours in fine weather. Notes: • All imperfections, metal rods, etc. Must be repaired with TexNov All-Purpose Polymer or TexNov 200 before applying the finishing coat for a uniform result. • For a result without imperfections, it is recommended to install one or two coats of TexNov 200 in which a fiberglass mesh is incorporated. We must sand the traces of trowels visible afterwards. |
Procedure :
Apply 2 coats of TexNov acrylic filler . Use brush or roller with 10 mm bristles and wait 24 hours between each coat).
In hot weather dilute with water (50 ml/per litre) for ease of application. |
Maintenance: Clean the surface with the TexNov Surface Preparer (4 parts water / 1 Preparer).
2- Procedure for applying acrylic coating on stamped concrete surface.

• If your concrete is covered with paint or sealant, remove the paint using a sandblaster, a diamond grinder or any other appropriate means. • Clean the surface with a 2500 lb water pressure washer with rotary jet, gasoline engine. (Available at tool rental centers.) • Dilute the TexNov surface preparator . • If the concrete surface is dry, dampen the surface before applying TexNov Surface Preparer . With a sprayer, leave on for 10 to 15 minutes, brush as needed. • Rinse well with a pressure washer. • Leave the surface to dry for 48 hours in fine weather. • Repair cracks or level the surface with TexNov All Purpose Polymer. • Leave the surface to dry for 24 to 48 hours in fine weather. |

Procedure :
• Apply 2 coats of TexNov Met-30 Sealer (24 hours between each coat). • Leave the surface to dry for 24 hours in fine weather before walking on it. Procedure for SUPERIOR protection: • Leave the surface to dry for 24 or 48 hours in fine weather before walking on it. IMPORTANT : For the passage and / or the parking of vehicles, a ripening of 30 days will be necessary. |
Maintenance: Clean the surface with the TexNov Surface Preparer (6 parts water / 1 Preparer). Let dry and add a coat of Met-30 or Met-HD Sealer every 3 years or as needed, which should allow you to keep your surface in good condition.
3- Procedure for applying acrylic coating on concrete panel surface.

Procedure : • Make sure there is no dirt on the surface and that it is completely dry. – Sheet joint: install a 3” Texnov fiberglass mesh in a layer of TexNov or TexNov 200 all-purpose polymer. • Install a fiberglass mesh • Leave the surface to dry for 24 hours in fine weather. |
Procedure :
• Install a coat of finishing coat, Sand-Tex or Rus-Tex acrylic coating (use the trowel) OR In hot weather dilute with water (50 ml/per litre) for ease of application. • Leave the surface to dry for 24 hours in fine weather. |

• On a floor, install 2 coats of Sealant Met-30 . Use brush or roller with 10 mm bristles • Leave the surface to dry for 24 hours in fine weather. |

4- Procedure for applying acrylic coating on treated wood surface.

5-PLYWOOD (PLYWOOD)

• Clean with TexNov Surface Preparer . • Leave the surface to dry for 48 hours. • Sand the surface well to make it rough (with 60 grit sandpaper). • Make your joints with elastomeric polyurethane caulking (eg: BASF Sonolastic Master Seal NP1 or equivalent) taking care to put it only in the joints. |

6- Procedure for applying acrylic coating on aggregate surface.

• Clean the surface with a pressure washer. • Note that if the concrete surface is dry, moisten it before applying TexNov Surface Preparer. • The TexNov Surface Preparer can be installed with a sprayer. • Rinse with a pressure washer. • Leave the surface to dry for 24 hours. Notes: • Repair cracks as needed with TexNov All-Purpose Polymer. |

• Apply 2 coats of TexNov acrylic coating. Use brush or roller with 10 mm bristles (24 hours between each coat). • Leave the surface to dry for 24 hours. Notes: • The appearance of your wall will be uniform in color while maintaining the rustic appearance of the aggregate. |

• You can apply TexNov Sealant WRS-40 (water-repellent sealant) to waterproof the surface. (Optional) Use brush, roller with 10 mm bristles or sprayer. • Leave the surface to dry for 24 hours. |

7- Procedure for applying acrylic coating on GALVANIZED OR PAINTED STEEL (SHEET METAL) surface

• Thoroughly rinse the surface with a 2000 lb pressure washer. • Apply and brush well the TexNov Surface Preparator . • Leave to act for 15 minutes keeping • Rinse thoroughly with a pressure washer. • Leave the surface to dry for 24 hours. Notes: • Rust: Where there is rust, apply a metal primer first. |

8- Procedure for applying an acrylic coating on a PLASTER / STUCCO surface

• If your foundation is covered with old loose plaster or any other unstable material, remove it using the appropriate tools. • Clean the surface with a 2500 lb water pressure washer with rotary jet, gasoline engine. (Available at tool rental centers.) This will also make it possible to check the adhesion of the plaster to the substrate. • In a clean container, reduce TexNov Surface Preparer with 50% water. • The concrete surface must be damp when applying TexNov Surface Preparer • Brush the surface with TexNov Surface Preparer • Rinse the surface thoroughly with a pressure washer. • Leave the surface to dry for 48 hours in fine weather. Notes: • All imperfections, metal rods, etc. Must be repaired with TexNov all-purpose polymer or TexNov 200 before applying TexNov colored acrylic coating for a uniform result. |
Procedure :
• Apply 2 coats of TexNov acrylic filler . Use brush or roller with 10 mm bristles (24 hours between each coat). • Leave the surface to dry for 24 hours. |

Stucco | ||

Procedure :
• Clean the surface with a 1000 lb pressure washer. • In a clean container, dilute the reduced TexNov Surface Preparer with 50% water. • The surface must be damp when applying TexNov Surface Preparer. • Rinse the surface thoroughly with a pressure washer. • Leave the surface to dry for 48 hours in fine weather. |
After doing the surface preparation:
Procedure : • Apply 2 coats of TexNov acrylic coating (24 hours between each coat).
If the Stucco is rough, use a brush or roller with bristles • Leave the surface to dry for 24 hours. |
After surface preparation and coating application:
Procedure : • You can apply Scellant WRS-40 TexNov (water-repellent sealant) to waterproof the surface. (Optional).
Use brush, roller with 10 mm bristles or sprayer. • Leave the surface to dry for 24 hours. Notes: • All imperfections must be repaired with TexNov all-purpose polymer or TexNov 200 before applying the colored TexNov acrylic filler for a uniform result. |
Maintenance: Clean the surface with the TexNov Surface Preparer (6 parts water / 1 Preparer). Let dry and add a coat of WRS-40 Sealer every 5 years or as needed, which should allow you to keep your surface in good condition.
9- Procedure for applying acrylic coating on ASBESTOS COATING surface

• Rinse well with a pressure washer. • Clean with TexNov Surface Preparer . • Leave to act for 15 minutes, keeping the surface damp. • Rinse well, leave to dry for 48 hours in fine weather. |

10- Procedure for applying acrylic coating on BRICK AND ROOFING TILE surface

Procedure :
• Thoroughly rinse the surface with a 2500 lb pressure washer. • Clean with TexNov Surface Preparer . • Vigorously brush the surface and leave to act for 15 minutes, keeping the surface damp. • Rinse the surface thoroughly with a pressure washer. • Leave the surface to dry for 48 hours in fine weather. |
Procedure :
In hot weather dilute with water (50 ml/per litre) for ease of application.
• Apply 2 coats of TexNov acrylic coating. Use brush or roller with 10 mm bristles (24 hours between each coat). • Leave the surface to dry for 24 hours. Notes: • TexNov Acrylic Coating can be applied to almost all kinds of concrete roofing bricks or tiles provided they are in good condition. |
Procedure :
• You can apply TexNov Sealant WRS-40 (water-repellent sealant) to waterproof the surface. Use brush, roller with 10 mm bristles or sprayer. • Leave the surface to dry for 24 hours. |
Maintenance: Clean the surface with the TexNov Surface Preparer (6 waters / 1 Preparer). Let dry and add a coat of WRS-40 Sealer every 5 years or as needed, which should allow you to keep your surface in good condition.
11- Procedure for applying acrylic coating on MASONITE and CANEXEL surface (exterior coating, decline)

Procedure :
• Thoroughly rinse the surface with a pressure washer. • Clean with TexNov Surface Preparer. • Leave to act for 15 minutes, keeping the surface damp at all times. • Rinse the surface thoroughly with a pressure washer. • Leave the surface to dry for 48 hours in fine weather. |
After doing the surface preparation:
Notes: In hot weather dilute with water (50 ml/per litre) for ease of application. • On masonite if the surface is exposed (the fiber is visible) apply a coat of Met-30 Sealer before applying the coating, otherwise dark circles will appear on the surface. Use brush or roller with bristles • Leave the surface to dry for 24 hours. |
After doing the surface preparation and sealer (if necessary): Procedure : • Apply 2 coats of TexNov acrylic coating. Use brush or roller with 10 mm bristles (24 hours between each coat). • Leave the surface to dry for 24 hours. |
Maintenance: Clean the surface with the TexNov Surface Preparer (6 parts water / 1 Preparer).
12- Procedure for applying acrylic coating on fiberglass surface.

Procedure :
• On fiberglass, sand with a roller sander (with 40 grit sandpaper), and wash with acetone, rinse well. • Let the surface dry completely. Note : • If the fiberglass is cracked and water has seeped under the resin, the useful life of your floor is over. |

In hot weather dilute with water (50 ml/per litre) for ease of application. Surface temperature should not exceed 30°C on application
